The moment has finally arrived!!! Yay!!! I was contacted by a representative from Diamond Candles to do a review of their product{which just came in today!} and they are giving one of you lucky readers one too!!!

I had never heard of Diamond Candles before... so as excited as I was, I was super curious about the brand. I went to their website and boooyyy did I get even more excited!!!! Diamond Candles aren't just ordinary candles.... Each candle has a ring inside that could be worth $10, $100,$1,000, or $5,000!!!!

Check out their video!Diamond Candles

I chose The Black Raspberry Vanilla Candle!!!!

My first impression...

The candle is a nice size and packaged in a lovely glass jar with matching lid.
It smells FABULOUS! Burn baby burn... I'm ready to get to the good part!!!!

Ok Part 2 Ring Reveal!!

Well after anxiously waiting a little over three hours I decided to give it a try! Lets just say the next blog post I do will be how to remove wax from your clothes!! I recommend not doing what I did... Watch the video on how not to extract a ring from a Diamond Candle!!! Lol and excuse my kids!

Unfortunately, I got a ring with no real value! Oh well it was super fun and would be a great gift!!!!{the actual candle not the ring lol} The candle had the shop smelling delish all day .. so I might not of scored on a diamond ring but I was left with a high quality candle that smells GREAT!!!!

Now its your turn.... Enter to win your very own Diamond Candle!! Maybe you will have more luck than me!!

{Pinterest } Chicken and Waffle Sandwich Review { Fail or Fabulous ? }

This weeks victim... Chicken and Waffle Sandwiches from

All in all it wasn't bad! I am a lover of all things savory and spicy so it was a little sweet for my liking! Maybe if the maple mustard sauce was replace with a chipotle sauce and fresh jalapenos I would of enjoyed it better.I like sandwich bread that has a bite but still light and airy, the waffles seemed a little heavy for me! I will say the fried chicken recipe was very yummy and has made the top of my list!! ( I'm actually using the same recipe for my fried pork chops this evening!)

This recipe was a little time consuming, but I think the fact I was snapping pictures every other sec and searching for the best natural light around the kitchen ...might have been a slight factor in the lengthy time!

All in all I rate this a 5 out of ten!! It was fun practicing my food photography (which needs all the practice it can get) but this recipe def did not swoop me off my feet!!

You can find the full recipe and ingredients along with gorgeous pictures at bon appetit!

It was nice chatting with Y'all!! Have you come across a Fail pin lately? Fabulous? Or is there a pin your interested in seeing me feature? I'd love to know leave me a comment below!!!

The 5 Love Languages Book Review!

Well a few months back I decided to do the KLOVE 30 day challenge... which if your not familiar what that  its a challenge to listen to only Christian  music for 30 days! ( best challenge ever btw) Well one week all they talked about was how great this book was and I was dying to read it! My best friend Kristina surprised me with a copy for me on me and my husband's anniversary ... I'm pretty blessed with such great friends!
This morning I finished it as I soaked in a hot bath! Great way to start they day I  might add......  I love this book. It def gives you a different perspective on how to love your spouse. I kinda feel like this book... actually I know this book translates to other relationships in our lives not just for our relationships! It teaches you the way you need to be loved and the way you spouse needs to be loved. Sometimes we are so blinded with how we want to be loved we don't realize our spouse needs a different kind of love. I highly recommend this book to anyone!! I'm ordering The 5 Love Languages for Kids next!!! Please if you have read this book leave me a comment I'd love to hear your thoughts on it! I'll link some of the books below.... they also have a teenage themed book along with a book aimed for individuals who are not currently in a relationship!!
Have a blessed day! Remember our God is so great and with him you can do anything!
