Quick,Easy, and Crowd Pleasing Fajitas!

I've been seeing one of those cooking videos circulating Facebook where they make fajitas on a baking sheet and throw it in the oven. I figured I'd give it a try and guess what??? It was super juicy and delicious . I off course changed it up a bit but seriously it doesn't get any easier than this! This would be a great meal idea for a large crowd.

Weekly Menu

I've put my family on a strict budget this month. Making my menu ahead of time and grocery shopping for the entire week helps me avoid fast food temptations. So here is this weeks menu at the Vandergriff household. I will be posting recipes and pictures throughout the week of these yummy dinners. Also, stay tuned for savvy budget tips and printables!!!

Monday : Chili Dogs

Tuesday: Shredded Chicken Tacos

Wednesday: Tex Mex Cobb Salad

Thursday: Grilled Chicken Quarters, Mexican Street Corn, and Garden Salad.

Friday: Pizza Night

Saturday: Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tortellini Pasta Salad

Sunday: Leftovers

Dessert of Week: PTA dessert

This Weeks Menu

With school starting back it's always really important to get organized and keep routines. So I've decided to keep myself on track and post my menus for the week ! This will keep me from rolling through the drive thru and make my weekly grocery shopping easier. I'll also make tutorials on each dinner I make so keep an eye out for the dishes I'll be posting. I find my recipes everywhere and some I make up myself! I'll give you the details on where they came from on the individual recipe posts!!!

Every Friday and Saturday night enjoy live music while you sip on your margaritas and enjoy a delish dinner...Don't forget to stop by the weigh station for a sinfully sweet treat....Oh and stop by and check out the new wine bar!!
